Located in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles at 1620 W Sunset Blvd, Honey Hi is a breakfast haven that beautifully meshes health-conscious cuisine with a laid-back atmosphere. This eatery is renowned for its commitment to fresh, wholesome ingredients, making it a top choice for anyone seeking a nourishing morning meal.

As you step inside Honey Hi, you'll immediately notice a warm and inviting vibe, accentuated by the stylish decor and friendly staff eager to serve you. The charm of this quaint spot lies in its intimate setting and the option for outdoor seating, perfect for those who enjoy a bustling street view, albeit it might come with an aromatic haze of urban charm.

The menu at Honey Hi is a delightful exploration of flavors and textures, focusing on gluten-free options crafted to please both the palate and the eye. Here, you'll find standout items like the Breakfast Sandwich, perfectly blended with egg and savory accouterments all snugly housed in gluten-free bread—a must-try that has left many, including those with dietary restrictions, joyously surprised. Fans rave about the similarity in taste and quality, proving you don’t need gluten to enjoy a decadent breakfast.

Another gem on the menu is the Faroe Islands Salmon Filet, a dish that pairs beautifully with the vibrant Market Salad. The salad, bursting with fresh greens and herbs, adds a refreshing contrast to the richness of the salmon, creating a harmonious dining experience. For something sweet, indulge in their perfectly fluffy pancakes that customers have noted for their unique twist on familiar breakfast staples.

If smoothies are more your speed, the No Fomo smoothie, crafted with nutrient-rich kale, spinach, avocado, and more, is not just a treat for the taste buds but also packs a nutritional punch. And for those with a slight sweet tooth, the Chocolate Milkshake, made with raw cacao and coconut, will certainly tickle your fancy while ensuring your breakfast is both delightful and nutritious.

While the flavors are generally celebrated, it's important to note from customer reviews that the portion sizes lean towards the smaller side, and some guests have found the prices on the higher end, especially for a breakfast spot. However, as one reviewer put it, “the thoughtful flavor combinations and food pairings clearly demonstrate the chef’s expertise,” which makes the experience feel worthwhile for many diners.

All in all, Honey Hi is a treasured spot for health enthusiasts or anyone looking to enjoy a refreshing and innovative breakfast in Los Angeles. Whether you're seated outside savoring the city’s energy or perched comfortably inside, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of flavor and inspiration. Make your way to Honey Hi and experience breakfast the way it should be: fresh, wholesome, and utterly delicious.

Visited first time with a friend. Tiny spot with no restrooms and outdoor/sidewalk/street seating. Not for those who are looking for that convenient, peaceful and fresh breakfast vibes Ordered 2 coffees, a breakfast bowl and a breakfast sandwich and pancakes. We made couple of bites and left half of the food on the table. I would say overall palette was interesting but not balanced at all. The bowl, pancakes... Paid around 80 dollars including a tip A bit overpriced for the location, service and servings. The staff was young, nice, smiling and cool but this will not make us to go back again

Honey Hi has a good atmosphere, making it a nice place to grab a healthy breakfast or brunch. They offer a good variety of options for vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores as well and the food is fresh and flavorful. A good variety of smoothies and drinks are also available. However, the portions are on the smaller side and the prices feel a bit high for what you get. It’s also quite busy on weekends, so be prepared for a wait. One downside is that they don’t have a restroom, which was inconvenient. The staff and servers were nice. Overall, a great place for a light, healthy meal with a lively vibe!

Amazing breakfast sandwich, I couldn't believe it was gluten free! As a person with celiac disease, I was stoked to find this place. It's awesome, I highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Ordered their Lamb Sandwich. It was very good tasting especially with the aioli sauce. but extremely expensive. Also not a fan of them charging an extra 50 cents for a cup of hot sauce. Don’t recommend sitting outside, the chairs are super uneven and a lot of smoke outside.

The food here is genuinely excellent; the thoughtful flavor combinations and food pairings clearly demonstrate the chef's expertise. However, the $20 sandwich I ordered felt pretty overpriced. Also, be aware that outdoor seating often comes with the smell of cigarette smoke, likely due to the high amount of hipsters in the area that think smoking is trendy. Despite these points, I'd recommend it for a worthwhile one time culinary experience if you're in the area.

The gluten-free brunch of my dreams. Came here on New Year’s Day (yes they were open) and was greeted with open arms. Everything on the menu is gluten-free, so fresh and delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich as well as the persimmon ricotta toast, and the chocolate chip sea salt cookie. I also got a Matcha latte and just wow so good. Every bite I took was better than the next and the waiters were so kind and accommodating. They get their gluten-free bread all the way from San Francisco and it is a delicacy extreme. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I picked up a DoorDash order from Honey Hi and was seriously impressed with the place. The staff was super friendly and had the order ready fast. The vibe is calm, clean, and stylish — and everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The ingredients seemed really fresh and thoughtfully sourced. I definitely plan to come back as a customer — that miso bowl and lamb sandwich are calling my name!
